MY EATING HABITS

My name is Angie Gabriela Luño Cortez. I'm from Iquitos-Perú.
For breakfast, I usually eat bread, it can be with chicken, beaten egg, sausage, English ham, among others; I accompany it with milk, it varies daily with oats, maca, or coffee.

For lunch, I usually eat chicken, rice, lentils or peas and there is no lack of salad, for example, rice with chicken, fried chicken, causa, ají de gallina, chicken stew, grilled chicken. It is always with lentils or peas, the salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli and/or lettuce is never missing. Also, I drink passion fruit juice.

In the afternoons I usually eat my own dessert preparations such as cakes, kekes, muffins, pie, etc.

For dinner, I usually eat something light like omelet or bread, I drink coffee, yogurt, or tea.
